Terms of service
Last updated October 13, 2026
By creating a StemSheet account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a floral studio, you agree on its behalf.
The service
StemSheet is a tool for recording flower recipes and working out stem counts: your flower list, events, arrangements and their recipes, stem orders, and prep sheets. It is not a proposal, contract, invoicing or payment system, and it doesn't place orders with your wholesaler: you send the order yourself. Counts are only as good as the recipes, quantities and bunch sizes entered. We aren't responsible for short or over orders, flowers that arrive damaged or late, missed build days, or disputes between you and your clients, suppliers or design team.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- The studio owner controls who joins the studio's account and can disable users at any time.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other studios' data.
Trial, plans and billing
- A new studio gets a 14-day free trial on the Solo plan, with no card. When it ends, your records stay readable, but you can't add or change anything until you choose a plan.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
- If a paid plan lapses, your records stay readable, logins for other people stop working, and adding or changing records waits until you choose a plan again.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your studio's records belong to you. You can export them at any time, and we'll send a copy on request. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability
We work to keep StemSheet running but can't promise it will never be down. Print or download your prep sheet and stem order before build day. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using StemSheet at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
